Abstract

P>The case report describes a 39-year-old woman with restless legs syndrome (RLS) and trichotillomania (TTM). She was treated with venlafaxine and clonazepam with partial remission of RLS and no response for TTM. When aripiprazole was added to the clonazepam both RLS and TTM fully remitted. We suggest that aripiprazole might be worth investigating for treatment of these disorders.
