Workers, who are the mainstay of the production process, are one of the important elements in terms of health and work safety due to the fact that they are a factor affecting production and efficiency in all industrial periods. In the production process, the direct impact of the accidents or diseases caused by the workers on the productivity necessitated working in every industry period in the field of occupational health and safety. In this respect, in the third industrial period, occupational health and safety measures have been developed in previous industrial periods and legal regulations have been reached. In the same way, legal regulations and studies should be in place in the field of occupational health and safety in the Industry 4.0 period. However, the fact that many cases will change during the production process will result in the inadequacy and change of existing occupational health and safety measures. For this reason, the current situation in today's occupational health and safety management system will be discussed in terms of industry 4.0 and the problems that may occur in the industry 4.0 system will be discussed and solution proposals will be tried to be produced by evaluating the current findings.
