Abstract

AimThrombosis and inflammation play an important role in pathophysiology of livedoid vasculopathy (LV). Plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1) is the main physiological inhibitor of fibrinolysis and is a pivotal modulator in a broad range of biological processes.
