Abstract

It remains important to be able to distinguish between multiple sclerosis (MS) and cerebral autosomal dominant arleriopathy and subcorlical ischemic leukoencephalopalhy (CADASIL), although it has yet to be reported that MS and CADASIL can be seen together.
