Biography
Dogay Altinel received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from Hacettepe University, Turkey, in 1992 and the M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in telecommunications engineering from Istanbul Technical University in 2014 and 2019, respectively. He was with Electronics and Telecommunication Industry from 1992 and 2012. He has been with Istanbul Medeniyet University since 2012. His research interests lie in the areas of communication theory, wireless networks, and energy harvesting systems.
